Halloween Activities
With Halloween quickly approaching, people are eager to get their yearly fright on and have fun with their families. With the popularity of Greenville rising, there are many family friendly places to visit. First of all, Dave and Busters is having a family fun party. This event occurs on Sunday, October 25th from 12-2 pm. Do not worry, this is not just an activity where families go to play a lot of games, there is a costume party, trick or treating, and a big buffett to feast on! The price of admission sits around $25.
If Dave and Busters really does not meet your kind of fun, then the Booseum at the Children’s museum might be a perfect spot for you and your family. This will take place on Saturday, October 26th from 10am to 3pm. The address is 300 college street, Greenville, SC and is not a far drive from Travelers Rest. This event is not scary and very family friendly and lets children engage themselves in science experiments, art activities, and scary stories. The price of admission is low with tickets ranging from $2 to $5 depending on age.
Lastly, Boo in the Zoo at Greenville Park is family friendly, not scary, and overall a great place to have fun. This will take place on Friday, October 25th, from 4:30pm to 7:30pm. The address is at the Greenville Zoo, 150 Cleveland Park Drive, Greenville, SC. Activities include trick or treating, Photos with Halloween characters, and a not so scary haunted house. All in all, these events are all fun and exciting, and will offer a great way to spend Halloween with your family.
